Every year, the billionaire Fanatics CEO and former co-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers throws a lavish bash in the Hamptons with an invite list so popular it would make Anna Wintour cringe. This year, however, the Kardashian-favorite event got even more exclusive, according to New York Times Time: The guest list, curated in part by Rubin’s fiancée, model Camille Fishel, shrunk to 400 of the most paparazzi-friendly celebrities, athletes and influencers, with 300 of the VIPs receiving custom lithograph invitations designed by visual artist George Condo. A casual affair in a multi-million dollar mansion, if you will. Let’s get started, shall we?
This year’s A-list attendees included Tom Brady, Kim and Khloé Kardashian, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, Drake, Camila Cabello, Quavo, Emily Ratajkowski, Leonardo DiCaprio and more. Dressed in white gowns and bodycon dresses, guests mingled inside the five-acre, 8,000-square-foot Water Mill mansion and were serenaded by the likes of Shaboozey, Mary J. Blige and Lil Wayne. After fireworks were reportedly launched from an ocean liner, GloRilla, Megan Thee Stallion, Machine Gun Kelly, A$AP Ferg, Alesso and Travis Scott continued the evening’s surprise musical performances from a tennis court-turned-nightclub. “Imagine walking into Liv Miami,” Fishel told the Time in an interview.
The 49-year-old Spider Man actor sparked dating rumors after he was photographed with his arm around 20-year-old model and actress Lily Chee. Page Six reports that the pair left the party together with Maguire’s hand resting on Chee’s lower back. (Maguire was previously married to jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer for nine years before the two divorced in 2016; they have two daughters, 17-year-old Ruby and 15-year-old Otis.) According to Page Six, Maguire’s good friend Leonardo DiCaprio did not join Maguire and Chee on their way out, but if anyone would approve of an age-gap relationship, I guess it would be him?
We don’t know, but both influencers were in attendance at the festivities, so it’s possible they ran into each other somewhere along the beachfront mansion. Earle and Pohl studied together at the University of Miami and rose to fame on TikTok in 2022, where they frequently appeared in each other’s photos and posts and even called themselves best friends. Despite running in the same circles, the two haven’t been photographed together since 2023, fueling rumors of a friendship breakup. The two also didn’t appear in each other’s Instagram photos from this year’s White Party, so make of that what you will.
According to reps for Ruben and Fishel, some who didn’t get invites tried to pay their way into the party, with some offering $1 million for an RSVP and at least one person offering $5 million. Unfortunately for said millionaires, even a hefty bribe can’t get you in the door.
Other celebrities have been candid about not getting a George Condo Golden Ticket: “I never went, I wasn’t invited,” Bethenny Frankel said in a TikTok video about the party, which she likened to a “summer-front, stunt-filled Met Gala.” The TV personality also claimed Dave Portnoy wasn’t on the guest list and called Rubin a “try-hard” for the Condo art invitations. “When he tries hard, it looks like he succeeds,” Frankel said. “He’s a billionaire.”
